I started off with 23 eggs.....It's day 20 and I'm down to 12....the candling on day 16 showed me which ones to weed out...I just had 1 to hatch...There is only 1 more that has pipped....what if I have to raise 1 chick by itself....Advice Please!!!!

No worries!!!! Up this morning with 2 new babies and several more have now pipped!! So excited. I did add stuffed animals and a mirror to the brooder last night to get the early bird to settle down.....worked like a charm. Thanks guys!!!!

Next time just leave the first chick in the bator. It's chirping helps get the other eggs moving. You can also drop the temp and humidity opening it. Just sit on your hands unless things are getting too crowded. They are fine for at least 3 days.
