What in blue blazes is this? Odd combed chicken

I stumbled across this the other night while searching for Pavlov chickens. This was a photo labeled Russian tufted rooster. I searched for this breed but couldn't find any results that looked like this at all.

Has anyone ever seen this breed before??? With such a shockingly weird comb?

That's what I was thinking except the comb doesn't extend up onto the head like all the there large combed chickens I've seen. It almost looks like it is a horizontal comb rather than one parallel to the beak. I do agree it is not a circle. I can see the difference in the wattles vs the comb.

It looks like a flopped over comb, but it looks like the comb is growing in an abnormal direction/place to start with.

Id like to find the breed but I can't find any with the same head feathering, color, or large or unusual comb. Googling russian tufted brought up a variety of different chickens but none that resemble anything remotely close to that. hmmm....

I just typed in russian crested chicken in google and hit the (first one) that said it was off of feathersite. There was some that looked like him in color (barred) and comb. There was also some that was not, so I wonder if this is kinda like the swedish flower hen ( can be any colors, and crested or not)

YES!!! Yes! That's it! Thank you! I cant believe I dint search "crested" I searched 'tufted'. That is the chicken!

Now just to try and find some where to get my hands on them in the US... lol
