What is a good chicken or duck breed book?

I have the field guide to chickens but it doesn't have allot of the unrecognized breeds. I know there is a chicken encyclopedia but I'm not sure on how many breeds it covers. I have not seen a duck breed book yet. Anyone know of any good breed books?

The cool thing about Amazon is that you can read other buyers' reviews before you buy a book. It's kept me from wasting a lot of money.
