I found a piece of intestine lining and parasite worm in one of my girls poop... they are just fine, and I am wondering how to de-worm them and where I could get it from?

Safeguard Liquid Goat Dewormer.
Dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
Okay thank you Wyorp! No, it doesn't go in their water.
Dosing is based on weight, so you would need to weigh at least a few of your hens to get an idea of how much each one weighs, then you can calculate the dose.
If you need help with that, let me know how much your hens weigh.
Once you know how much to dose, then you would direct dose each hen individually. This ensures they get the medication.
