There are many variables there. First, of course, are the condition of the eggs. Are they fresh? Are they shipped? Lots of variables ...

I don't think there is, "an average," per say, for an incubator.

For our own eggs it's usually in the mid to upper 90% range. Shipped eggs if we get 50% we are happy.
