She breeds nice quality silkies,with nice crests, foot feathering, 'fluff', silkie type in general--not hatchery quality birds. More expensive than hatchery birds, but worth it for their much better quality.

Haha, it's been done, and stabilized. There are naked neck silkies which are known as showgirls. Many breeders are working now to get them accepted into the standards. I have a young one, she's a character for sure. Here's a rather old picture of her when she was just a little thing.
