What is best feed

Our chickens are now about 16 weeks and still on starter chic feed. We would like to get them as healthy as possible since they are about to start laying. What feed do you suggest?

I used Purina Flock Raiser because that aren't laying yet. I also supplied free choice oyster shell in a separate dish for the calcium for those who wanted it. It worked really well for me.
