I’m going to use 2 very large covered car ports to create an outside pen for my peas. I’m wanting a strong wire material that will hold up to predators and our dogs and will not rust over the years but will not look bulky. I want this to be a nice looking garden aviary. So does anyone have any ideas on what will work well for wire mesh on sides? Maybe what you have used and what has worked well and why or what has not worked and why? Pics would be great!!!
Thanks so much. Jordan Family :)

We use metal panels around the bottom for sight barriers so the cocks do not spar between the pens and around the outside to help keep climbing animals from tearing through. Above the three-foot of metal we use 2 x 4 welded wire and a 2 inch heavy knotted netting for the top. Also, consider burying some of the scrap weld wire below the outside edge to keep your dogs from digging in.
