What is coming out of my hen??

One of my 7 hens is very sick. The others are perfectly healthy. I have only had chickens for a year and this hen I adopted from a friend a month ago. Up until now she's been very healthy. I am not experienced with chickens sorry.
She won't eat, drink, walk much and is very weak. I have given her a couple of baths and separated her from the others. She passed this about an hour after the first bath but nothing since. Can someone please tell me what this is? It looked like chicken meat and was sort of like chicken mince on the inside.
Her comb is no longer standing up and she appears to be falling to left. She is also no longer making any noises. Her previous owner didn't handle her much so it's out of character to be relaxed when I pick her up.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I dislike seeing her so unwell.

I think it's called the lash, which is the lining of the reproductive organs. It can mean that she is coming to the end of her laying life. As for her other symptoms, sounds like cocci.

Thank for the help. Sadly she died last night. Will keep an eye on the others are they are all fit and healthy this morning.
