what is considered day 1?

When I am counting my days, what is considered day 1? Is it the day I put the eggs in or the following day??? Please help, I need to know if I should put my eggs in tomorrow or Monday.
 
If it's before noon, Day 1. After noon Day 1 is tomorrow!

Here's an easy way to remember:
If you set on a Saturday, they hatch on a Saturday.
It works for all the days of the week
