What is dosage for baytril 10mg tablets?

My hen weigs 4.5 pounds. I've been using liquid batril, but she is very difficult to give liquid in a syringe without aspiration. Tablets will be much easier and less stressful. Thank you!

Dosage is 10 mg per kg or every 2.2 pounds, given orally twice a day for 5 days, so I would give her 2 tablets. You can give them to her to swallow, or if she is eating well, crush them into some cooked egg or put them into peanut butter, liverwurst, or cream cheese.
