What is Dosage for Tylan 50?

I have a 4 wk old silkie chick with what appears to be a respiratory problem. A friend of mine gave me some Tylan 50 but it had no directions for dosages for chickens. Can anyone help me with this?

I give a 1/4 of a cc for a chick that age....sorry you have a sick baby.. I can't give a shot..I take the syringe and put it down their throat..works just a good to me..

If it's the powder form of Tylan it's 2ml for 4 litres. Treat for 1-5 days.

Sunshine: do you give it dry or mixed with water?
