What is going on with this Chick's foot?

This is my less than 1 yr old columbian wyandotte. I'm not sure how long her foot has looked funny like this but i noticed it today and she does limp a little- i suppose. She seems to be the only bird with this going on. any ideas? i'm a bit new to chickens, so I hope this isnt ridiculously obvious

I thInk that may be bumble foot the bump has to be cut off

If it is Bumble Foot isn't it supposed to be lanced, drained, antibiotic applied, then wrapped to be kept clean?
