What is going on?

Any ideas of what this is from? I don’t see any mites or lice in her. Is she being pecked on? I used some spray to help it. Doesn’t seem to be working. The hen next to her has a small spot too. My other 7 hens are fine.

Do you have a rooster?
Is it just on one side or both wings?
What type of spray did you use?

I would re-check for mites at night. Go out when it's dark and rub the roosting bars with a white paper towel, see if any bugs are on it or it smears with red.

No rooster. It was a poultry protector spray for lice and mites. I cleaned the entire coop and sprayed it down at well. There is small spot on the other side

I would re-check at night.
Also observe the other's behavior next to those 2 birds while roosting, they may be getting plucked/picked at.
