What is happening with my pullet

Every time my rooster mates one of the other 20 week old pullets my 24 week old Snow White rushes over and pecks whomever Foghorn is on top of at the time. Why is she doing that?

She's making sure they remember their place in the pecking order.

Thanks - I guess Snow White making sure they remember that even though Foghorn's mating them, she's the head hen makes sense, it just seems so cruel of her. I mean they're already getting some unwanted attention - can't she tell that!
