What is happening???

My once beautiful babies(born May 5) were once sooo pretty and fluffy...and now....well...they aren't! They almost look like they have the mange or something? There is some fluff and some feathers...I don't know...it's just not too pretty. Is this going to get better? These are my first babies...and while I would never tell them this...they have turned UGLY!

They are just going through the ugly teenager phase. Don't worry... they grow out of it!

They are in the ugly stage. They all go through this stage. Once they get their feathers in, then they will be beautiful birds.

At this stage, I think that they are so ugly that they are cute.

Yep, mine have hit the FUGLY stage too!!! Take pics, it's fun to watch how they go from cute, to ugly, back to cute!!!

Yes, they are in the ugly stage

with some feathers and and fluff hanging about? I thought mine were really ugly, too! They look kinda funny

But once they lose their baby fluff(at 6 weeks old usually) and have beautiful feathers they look like beautiful grown-up chickens!
