Hey so I picked this guy up the other day becuse I wanted to add a rooster to the flock he's just over 12 weeks old now so first of all im hoping he is a rooster what breed is he I think he is a RIR cross but not 100% sure so if anybody might have a one that looks like him I'd like to know what he is thanks

Your bird is definitely a mixed breed rooster. He may have some Rhode Island Red in him, but he also appears to have some pea combed breed/cross in him, such as Easter Egger.

Your rooster looks like a Rhode Island Red/gamebird mix to me. He doesn't appear to be a Buckeye.

Yeah the more I look the less I see buckeye and how do you think if I bred him to my barred rocks would they still be sex linked or no becuse he's s cross
