What is He Doing and Why?

Some of them do it a few times and never do it again. My current head rooster had a thing for feet but it only lasted maybe a week and he quit. Until this year i'd never had one that just would not stop! I had him seperate due to him being bothersome to the hens. I couldn't even fill his food or water for pete's sake. I think some of them just don't have an off button.
