What is he?

I am definitely new to chickens, but I am trying to learn! My neighbor brought me two chickens (a hen and a rooster) just after I had built my online ordered coop. Someone gave them to him and he knew nothing about them. I sent their pictures to a man who raised poultry and he told me the hen was a Seebright and that both were bantams. Unfortunately the hen got snatched from the temporary wire enclosures in which I had placed her. She was a beautiful bird and I hated to lose her. But I still have the rooster and he has become quite a pet. I have since bought 3 pullets which have been placed in my new coop & run. The rooster runs free.
My question is what kind of chicken is my rooster?

He looks like an Old English Game Bantam mix to me. (Not an expert, just those long legs and slim body...).
