What is he?

There has been a rouge rooster running my neighborhood and after weeks of everyone trying to catch him he decided to join my flock, lol! I had an extra bird snuggled in with everyone else when I went to lock up my flock. He has frost bite on his comb and will lose a good portion of it but I cannot figure out if he is a barnyard mix or a single breed. Any ideas? He has feathered feet, muffs and a beard with 4 toes.

I was wondering if he was part salmon faverolle. He was missing that extra toe so that was throwing me off.
