what is killing my chickens they were were found dead in the coop six have been killed so far

My best guess is a mink or weasel. :/ I've had a mink attack 2 cockerels & it removed their heads as well. They are very fond of the blood & may come back for the rest. A mink can enter a 1" gap/hole. Best to find the gap & fix it - cheaper than trying to trap it.

If you really want to know for certain, invest in a trail camera.
Sorry for your loss. Its truly horrible to find a scene like that. Hope you don't lose any more birds.

Thanks I think you're right I found a tiny hole on the side of the coop I'm going to set a trap and see if I can catch anything for the meanwhile I'm gonna move what I have left to another coop I've got
