I am going with grey on this one. If you go to my byc page and click on the silkie page, I have two pics of baby silkies that are grey.

Looks like there is a lot of artificial lighting, which throws colours off. Could be partridge, could be grey, could be one of the project colours. Not white, not buff. If you can take a photo in daylight (with the camera set for daylight photos) the colour should be more accurate.
