What is my little rooster?

I have a little black bantam rooster that was given to me by a friend who found him. He's about the size of my d'uccles. Loves people but is scared of all the other chickens. He hangs out with my goat most of the time. His legs are black and his comb and wattles are also very dark, almost black. The only spot of color on him is a white patch around his one eye. I'm assuming he's a mix but I'm not sure what he could be mixed with.

I don't know what breed. But nothing on th as bird looks like a rooster. Looks like a hen to me.

With the strange tan colored feathers on top of her head, she definitely isn't purebred. My guess would be game bird mix. While her heritage is unknown, it is true that she is a hen, not a rooster

Thanks everyone. He is actually a he though. He crows and has begun mounting my leg thinking I am a hen.

I thought he was a she up until two weeks ago when he started crowing. I couldn't believe it because he doesn't look like a rooster at all. But now his personality and sounds are all 100% rooster!
