What is she?

I know shes a hen, 17 weeks old, and some kind of heirloom breed? I was suppose to harvest her today, but shes so small and pretty I decided to keep her!

Could be a Blue Ameraucana or a graeat looking EE.

yea, she is pretty, huh? She looks silver in the sun..Im glad I kept her, shes way to pretty to eat! I need to just oreder ugly, mean birds next time, because I get attached so easy!I also kept this darn java/cochin rooster...Hes not a brahma, but he sure loves me!
I know for sure I could never raise a cow after this experience..As soon as they step on my property, they have a name and a birthday hat once a year! LOL!

I know exactly what you mean. I have 7 chicks, and I only have room for 5. I don't know how I'll ever decide who goes to someone else (the farmer down the road says he will give hens a home in his henhouse) unless 3 of them are roos.
