What is the BEST chicken food type to buy??!!

I feed my dog the best of the best so why not
My chickens?

what isthe hands down best chicken food to buy? What should I lookfor in the ingreidents?

That really depends on what you like. What I think is best might not be the best for you. (I buy whole grains and mix my own custom feed)

i give my chickens turkey grow crumble (because it's cheap) and a custom gamecock mix called "junior mix 2" from my local feed store... good in protein, and i can feed everything the same thing... pigeons, doves, quails... all of them love it and is just enough protein for the quails... it has BOSS, oyster shell and grit all mixed in... i get it milled because of the bantams & quails can't eat whole peas and korn kernels... but that works for me, i doubt it will work for everyone else...
