What is the best chicken to raise in the Las Vegas desert?

There's a guy on BYC who raises chickens in Death Valley. Successfully. If you can find him,...maybe ask one of the Mods for his BYC nick...those would be good birds for you because they are already acclimated to severe heat.

That is true although if you happen to live in unincorporated Clark country laws and regulations are different and worth looking at if this applies
