What is the best laying small breed.

Mt Healthy is a good hatchery, I got my chickens there. White leghorns are on the lighter side weight wise but still lay a lot with a pretty good feed to production ratio. They can be a bit flighty but they're not that much trouble, the roosters usually aren't overly friendly but you wouldn't really need a rooster. 3 or 4 hens would give 2 people more than enough eggs for at least a couple of years.
