There are several books that cover a few topics, but I've only found one that is fairly comprehensive. It's the UPA Reader's Choice Guide of articles printed over the past 10 years. It covers housing, feeding, health & meds and breeding. The only thing it does not specify is the % of protein to feed birds at different ages. There are many schools of thought on that ideal protein percentage, and birds might have different requirements based on climate and environment. A professional animal nutritionist has finally done a study on peafowl, and her series of articles should appear in Peafowl Today during 2010.

Meanwhile, here's a link to buy the book.

It's a lot of information for $20.
