What is the best way to face a hen nesting box for gathering eggs?

I'm getting ready to put nesting bides in my hutch and would like to know which way is best for the nesting boxes to face, for gathering eggs?

HUH? Facing away from the wall. Is that what you meant? Or did you mean where to put hem in the hutch?

Face away from any window so that it is a dark area this makes them feel safe and a better chance they will lay in the box I have mind right under the window facing the opposite wall and parallel to the back door so that I can reach into the coop and easily grab the eggs...hope this helps
