I have 1 Partridge Wyandotte cockerel and 2 Partridge Wyandotte pullets I also have 1 Rhode Island Red cockerel and 3 Rhode Island Red pullets and when they are bigger I would like to get some ideas on what is the best way to set up a breeding pen

but is there a good way to like make a divider in the coop so the roosters can be in the same coop but can't fight the other one? I don't have room for 2 breeding pens only have room for 1

If your trying to do it cheap or temporary Ild just build a divider and with lumber and chicken wire to the ceiling and the bottom ild put 4ft privacy fence screen it's $39 for 50ft at menards and can be cut with ✂️ and secured with zipties

Yes, you can divide it with anything that will keep chickens apart. That can be chicken wire, hardware cloth, wood pallets, even bird netting or tarp or cardboard (but plan on replacing the cardboard regularly if you try that.) For dividing the coop, you don't have to worry about making it predator proof, which gives you quite a few options.

Some roosters try to fight each other, some do not.
Even if they fight when they are in the same pen, they may be fine with a divider they can see through. Or they might try to fight through it.
It seems to depend on the individual roosters.
Empty chicken feed bags can turn a see-through divider into one that the roosters cannot see through, if you need to.

All roosters will mate with any hens they can reach. That can really mess up your breeding plans. So keeping the two groups separate can be important even if the roosters did get along peacefully.
