what is the difference between Brahma vs Light brahma

Hello:

I bought both from the stores but can't tell the difference after few months old. They look the same to me. The internet usually has the answer for everything but I haven't found one that specifically discuss about this. Can someone shred some lights on this?

the difference is the first name is spelled wrong - It should be Brahma for both - light or buff or dark refers to the individuals coloring. Without photos, we can't help you there.

If you could post clear photos of both birds, we would be able to tell you more.

Brahma is the breed. It comes in different colors.....Light, Dark, Buff, Partridge, etc.Like say Labradors....they come in black, chocolate, yellow, etc.

If you bought birds simply labeled Brahma, they were apparently Light Brahmas.

I think I know what you meant now. the light brahma has more white feathers and less black feathers. light brahma seems to look better than brahma.
