What is the differnence between comercial chick grit and chick grit?

So if I know if I got the right grit for my ducklings. And when should I start feeding it to them?

Anything you feed other than their starter they need chickgrit to grind it up

Thank you, do you know if I can give them "red lettuce"? I can't believe my ducklings hatched after being in a refrigerator!

Can we see pictures? and Congrats on the hatch. Yes you can give them red lettuce just chop it up tiny. Place the grit in a small container close to their feed and they will use it as needed it's instinct as to when and how much they need
