what is a ideal conditions needed for hens to lay consistantly ?
is there such a thing?
what are some good things and bad things for production of eggs?
share your thoughts with me please

my flock is made up of 16 birds
one wellsummer roo
9 isa hens
2 brahmas hens
1 cockmoran hen
3 polish hens (i think) might be a roo in there still pretty young
they reside in a 30 foot X 10 foot outdoor run connected to a lighted by 6 solar pen lights mansion inside a barn
with two entrances one is a balcony entrance;
they have a 5 rung ladder for roosting 30 inch wide x 60 inch set at about a 45 degree angle
twin 5 gal water buckets with chicken nipples one inside one outside
a 5 gal feeder
4 hole laying box
2 perches in side and 2 outside
a house box fan on a timer that comes on at about 11am-8pm to keep them cool during the hot days
i avgerage about 3-4 eggs a day
the flock is somewhat new to the runs....less then a month i would say this week is a month actually
