What is the key to taming slightly aggressive roosters?

I have two slightly aggressive sebrights and two very slightly aggressive cochins, please help!

Can you expand on what "Slightly aggressive" means? To whom are they being aggressive? How old are they? Do you have any pullets/hens? What kind of space do you have in your coops/runs/pens?
