That's the question, I understand there a bantam breed. Why do people keep them?

They are primarily kept as pets, and for exhibition.
They were originally used as decoys for hunting other waterfowl, but are banned for hunting use in all of North America due to their high efficacy of attracting wild waterfowl, many concerns were placed on whether the wild waterfowl populations would diminish.

I attached a picture of one of my Calls standing on my hand - they're very small and light.

I keep mine as pets.

That's actually kind of bigger than I thought. Do they ever come in the size of a serama?

I'm not sure what size Seramas are so unfortunately can't answer that - I've seen some Calls online that are slightly smaller, I think mine are a bit larger than usual.

Hi Tony Roo, the size of a call duck ( show type) differs slightly between countries as do measurements of some features.
The Dutch call duck weight is around 800 grams.
The English type a little smaller and the German type a little bigger if I'm not mistaken. I know for sure they are bigger than most serama's!
