What is the oldest chicken (hen or rooster--please specify) you've ever had?

An 11 year old Ameracauna. I thought she was a goner a few weeks ago. She cranked out a few eggs for spring and then got a little ascites. Then the eggs stopped and the water has slightly decreased. So if she stays in henopause she might be around a little longer.

I had a Plymouth Rock who lasted 10 years, bless her.
I don’t know about you but I get cross when people laugh when I say I name my girls.
I just, coolly say that they often live longer than a lot of pedigree dogs. 🤷‍♀️
