What is the RAREST breed of chicken in the US?

I am trying to fing a breed of chicken that is VERY rare in the US. I coould be bantam or standard. Anything?

Not sure where this breed is as far as 'rare' goes but I'm having a heckuva time finding anything about either Black or Blue Sultans...seems like all I see is the White Sultan--we have a wonderful White one from Meyer Hatchery (2009 hatch), who has been a wonderful bird (pet)...just always wondered about the others...are they out there?
