I'm sorry to ask such an inane question, but there's a very specific term and I cannot for the life of me think of it. It means, "after giving this drug,do not eat eggs for xx days," you know?

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I need to use the term for a project I am working on and I just cannot remember it or find it.

Well now, is it possible that it's been right under my nose this whole time and I thought there was a different term? Probably so.

Perhaps because it isn't very descriptive of the action to which it refers.
I feel you. Hate it when you know a term but can't come up with it at the moment.
I think of myself as a good writer(won awards) but I'm better with a thesaurus close by.

Yes. Corid (amprolium) is a thiamine blocker. After the treatment period, it doesn't hurt to give vitamins but not during.
I have ordered some vitamins but I can eat the eggs? I treated them with CORID for 5 days ending yesterday. Also can laying hens eat medicated starter crumble? and if they do eat the medicated food are the eggs safe to eat? I have youngs chicks as well as laying hens.
