Thanks for the picture. Can you also post a picture of the bottom of the foot?

Can you move the toe, bending it and straightening it out? Does it seem to cause the chicken pain?
 
Off the top of my head, it could be bumblefoot (and a picture of the bottom of the foot will probably show if it is), or possibly gout.
 
Best I can get. I don’t see anything on the bottom of her foot when I just hold her and look. She is hobbling a tiny bit.
