What is this bantam!!

I'm not sure what kind of bantam this is.

I looks barred, but at the same time not! I have a Barred Rock and she was more pronounced in her barring than this chick. She has tons of personality and very tiny! Was the smallest in the group. (I ordered Ideals Bantam Special)

This little one is really confusing me now!!

Its chest feathers are coming in and they are all black!! There goes the idea of it being a barred chick. It looks more like the feathers on its back are tipped in white maybe? Will try to get a new pic of it today.

This is the best pic I could get of her today, but you can see that her chest is all black! Any ideas?

I got a birchen cochin from one of the mixed specials one time.He looked somewhat like this but of course his legs were feathered.
I believe he also had a white spot on his head when I got him.
