What is this?! Cracked open a clear egg...

Had 13 shipped eggs (coming from same state, mild weather) and all but 2 are developing. I cracked open two and they both had this same blasodisk (or whatever it's called). I'm going to go with unfertile but why the weird multiple dots?

ETA: the yolk was so flat and the chalaza clear and nearly non-existent -- I wonder if these eggs were older than advertised? They are day 5 into incubation.
