What is this duck behavior?

My 8 week old pekin ducks will sometimes walk up to me and nibble on my arms while vibrating their heads. I don’t know if they’re trying to be affectionate or if they’re doing that out of curiosity, but it’s pretty cute.

Yes my ducks would do this all the time. I think it’s their way of being aggressive. Because they do this when I’m hugging them tight and petting them when they don’t want to and they do that. Also when we introduced our new ducklings they did that to them while trying to bite their heads off at the same time. I think their way of getting mad is really cute
