What is this hole on my hens chest?????

I was doing a wellness check on my ladies and as I was checking on one there was an awful smell, so I checked her over and found this!!!! I have and had no idea..... PLEASE HELP, you can see inside her chest cavity.

Looks like a Breast Blister.

I'd try cleaning it out and go from there.

Omg that's horrific. It doesn't look survivable.

How is your chicken doing? Did you clean it out with Betadine? Did you determine if the hole is not in the crop?

I did clean it and try to help her but in the end I had to cull...
