I would say a cochin. And I'm gonna guess that the color is splash. It looks like it has some grey in there with the white. Those long wing feathers though,

Maybe a Japaneese breed? But they practically stand right up and tail feathers are straight up too. Surely a mix. HMMMMMMM!!

He sure is handsome what ever he is. I like mutts, or designer birds. They are definatley unique. I have a lavender splash chochin bantam. She is a mixture of several breeds but this just shortens it a bit. She has silkie in her too. She is a wad of feathers and on her head she has a few feathers that stand right up. I'm guessing that is from the Frizzle in her. To ick her up she just feels like a wad of feathers. Can't even see her feet.

He's definitely a Porcelain d'Uccle and not a Cochin. Cochins are shaped more like a basketball and they have fluffy-er feathering.
