What is this on my hens Wattle???

[My Very First 6 Chickens]

Hello! What do you think about my wattle? Wasnt here yesterday. Is it a bug/tick inside? It has a little dark lump inside the middle like something is actually in there. No broken skin.
Any intervention needed in your opinion? Chicken behavior normal. Thanks a lot

Could be some bruising from being nipped or pinched.

It's one of those things that if she were mine, I'd monitor it daily to see if it resolved on its own or gets worse. I'd take a photo of it every day to help keep track of it.
