What is this? (photo)

This is on my newest baby - he hatched a day later than all the rest. It's umbilical cord was attached for a very long time. It eventually dried up and fell off but this is left.
He is pooping OK and seems generally well.

nope, leave it be. may need to cover it with a bandaid if other chicks peck at it.

it should resolve on it's own. a chick that my broody hatch had something like that and I just left it since I was doing 'natural childbirth'.

Everyone turned out fine.
