Coccidia are microscopic organisms. You wouldn’t be able to see them in the excrement. Just a foam or bloody release.

Looks like intestinal shedding. Is it just a one time thing or have you noticed a lot?

That is intestinal mucus or shedding. Keep an eye on it, and if you see more, or if any chicks seem lethargic or hunched, get some Corid right away and treat for possible coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days.
