What is this Roo?

We got one mystery chick from the hatchery and well here it is. When we first got him he was snowball white. Now he is white with a little bit of black and brown. We know its going to be a rooster but we have no idea what kind he is going to be. We were thinking an EE what do you think?

Maybe a splash andalusian, what hatchery did he come from?

It does look splash and I think the only clean legged blue they carry is Andalusian, so that gets my vote.
