What is this? What do I do?

It has been a week and I wrote then about my hen and being egg bound. Well. There is a lot to the story. A lot of things happened at once. First my chicks took the nesting boxes from my hens until I can put them all together so I fixed up some temporary solutions, which they all hate. Two hens were wounded, her being one, from my rooster so I have him separated. No man, no nesting boxes. Before I took them away for the chicks she was kind of being broody. Laying. But just not letting me have the clutches. So all of this happening at once. I think she is egg bound because it has been over a week and a half but online everywhere it says she should be dead. I cannot see an egg but her bum looks a little red and her tail is down and pumping up and down. I just want to know what is wrong with her and what can I do. Is she going to die? What else could it be? I gave a bath and used the heating pad, nothing.
