What is this?

Hope your bird has the best possible outcome. I'm going to read up on Newcastles, I have heard of it but, know nothing about it.

Looks like Newcastle to me.  I am sorry it took me so long to respond; I was driving.  But as soon as I saw the video, I thought ND.  A few questions, and this is not medical advice, any other birds showing clinical signs?  How many birds are at risk?  How old is the bird?  Where are you located?

My other differentials include an ear infection, a bacterial infection in the sinus, a tumor, or a traumatic injury.  At this point, your best to give supportive care as long as you feel the quality of life is not at risk.

Have a nice night.

I'm in Kuwait, this bird is a year old, they were 8 or 9 birds, their ages between 1 to 3 years old, 5 got sick, two died other two got much better but the way they move their heads is still weird(will upload a video for them). Other 4 never got sick, the owner said at first they couldn't even walk slowly the two who got better started walking and eating, the ones who died are these that can't eat or drink.

And yes, ND is common here.
